Removing Our RV Transmission For Repair | Ford E4OD

I can't access the leaky front seal on our transmission so we take the RV to a transmission shop to get the work done. The mechanic said I could do a little filming of the process, so I got some video of the transmission being removed from the RV. It's a bit surprising how much coaxing it takes to get it out of there. The mechanic actually had to be a bit more rough with it that I would have thought. I probably never would have been able to remove the transmission on my own, simply because I would have been too gentle about it. Anyways - now ole BURT is back in action with a freshly repaired transmission. Now all that's left to do before we can hit the road again with confidence is to install a transmission cooler and temperature gauge. That's whats next...
