PHILIPPINES: Tropical Storm Marce Strikes the Philippines November 24 | Latest News Strong winds and heavy rainfall were observed as tropical storm Marce struck the Philippines on Thursday, November 24. Winds between 65 kph and 100ph were recorded in Coron, Palawan, around 7 pm on Thursday, according to the state weather bureau. The storm is expected to leave the region on Sunday.
