Philippines - Glimpses of Cuyo Island, Palawan

If you like to windsurf or even better kite surf then this is a must-visit island near Palawan! Cuyo Beach is the perfect place to practice your favorite sport. Another area for kite surfers is the other side of the island, in Magsaysay municipality, off Victoria Beach. If you like to stay in a very stylish resort but at reasonable prices, check out the Anino Retreat where you will be well treated to nice food and comfortable accommodation. Natives of Cuyo Island have a very good reputation as nice people and we felt it looked deserved. We met several expats who spend here 6 months of every year to enjoy the quaint hospitality and great kite-surfing! Nice fresh fruits & veg at local market.
