Our MOST remote anchorage yet - Hogsty Reef | Sailing Aequus - Episode 15

We make landfall in the Bahamas at the super friendly island of Inagua. After checking in with customs and immigration we decide to stretch our legs and explore the old lighthouse that James thinks the English built! We then head off to explore Hogsty Reef which is a unique horseshoe coral atoll located about 40 miles from the nearest land. We drop the hook behind a sliver of land and plan to stay the night.
