Add salt and pepper to taste Add garlic to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes Open the chicken and save any broth for later. Add the chicken to the pan and break into small pieces Add the broccoli and chicken broth to the pan. Cover and cook for 10 minutes Add the rice and stir well until the rice is in the broth Add the tomatoes Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the rice is cooked, stirring occasionally while the rice is cooking.
