NOCO genius NOGO - feeling robbed

noco genius charger is defective, but I have to pay shipping and wait a month (or more?) to get this fixed. look, they may fix this if I complain, but you shouldn't have to complain. their default system isn't acceptable for using on a boat. great stuff for a garage, but don't rely on this company to keep you up and running.
