Join Mt Albert Grammar School as 50 students set sail on two back-to-back voyages through the spectacular Hauraki Gulf in December 2025! ⛵🌊 This unforgettable adventure challenged and inspired students as they lived and learned at sea, building confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills aboard a large sailing vessel. Across both voyages, the crews experienced hands-on sailing, navigation, and watch systems while exploring the unique island landscapes that make the Hauraki Gulf so special. From anchoring in sheltered bays and spending time ashore, to working together on deck and embracing life onboard, these voyages were a true outdoor education experience — fostering resilience, connection, and a deeper appreciation for the marine environment.
