Morning wake up yoga in bed 30 mins

This is a Hatha yoga session designed to be done just after waking up, while you are still in bed. There is no gear you need at all, just enough space and maybe shuffle blankets and cushions out of the way. Its a great way to start the day by gently moving the body, getting the blood and lymphatic system going, connecting in with your breath and set a positive intention for the day. If you have essential oils at home, choose an uplifting oil, such as citrus, mint or flower oil. I choose the doTERRA Easy Air Touch roller, as it wakes up the respiratory system and gives me a real clear head. This practice should be accessible for most bodies, but if anything does feel painful or inaccessible, just wait that pose out or change for a different pose you enjoy.
