Today in MARINADE Meat Free Monday Edition we will show you a new recipe for a plant-based meal. Meat Free Monday encourages people worldwide to reduce meat consumption to help the environment and have a healthier lifestyle. One day a week – that’s all it takes to have a positive impact on our planet and our health. We hope you will enjoy this video and join the Meat Free Monday campaign supported by Sunreef Yachts. Here is a new recipe idea that we prepared for you : Penne with tomato sauce, black olives and rucola 4 portions - Penne pasta 300g - Olive oil 50ml - Tomato pulp 300g - 1 clove of garlic - 1 Onion (medium piece) - Cherry tomatoes 200 g - Black olives 300 g - 1 packet of rucola - Basil, thyme, oregano Cook pasta, al dente. Fry diced onion in olive oil, after browning add garlic and sliced black olives. Add the tomato pulp. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Boil it. Add pasta to the sauce straight from the water, drained but not rinsed with cold water. Add chopped basil and halved cherry tomatoes. Portion out the pasta. Decorate it with rucola, basil and fresh pepper. Voilà!
