-Making Templates, cutting and installing Marine Grade plywood core

If you are new to our Channel my wife, Debbie and I make videos every week about our Lifestyle of living aboard and refitting our classic sailboat SV DreamChaser. This week the major refit work continues with replacing part of the core in the Coach house roof. We show how to make foam board templates to avoid miscuts on plywood that is $160 USD per sheet. We show how we cut out and dry fit the new plywood and then ultimately seal it down to the beams below. The next step is fiberglassing over the core !!!
