Make your own Deck Box with Plywood and Fiberglass Part 1

How to build anything out of Fiberglass. We wanted to create a multi-part video series on how to make something from Fiberglass. We chose a deck box for our boat because it demonstrates all the steps required including: -Building a wooden frame/skin for the work -Preparing for the fiberglass -Creating fillets for round edges and remove stress crack areas -Laying down the reinforcement tabs -Adding layers and removing air bubbles from the glass -Fairing the surface and preparing for paint or gel cot -Applying gel coat.
