Lipah Bay, Amed. Scuba Diving Bali.

Scuba Diving Lipah Bay in Amed Bali. This is a frequently visited dive site because of the usual very calm conditions and the colourful coral reef that can be explored by open water scuba divers and advanced scuba divers. The dive site is mostly a sloping reef, on you right hand side for the first half of the dive, but there is a less frequently visited coral reef, just north east of the sloping reef. Advanced divers can reach this reef after about 15min swim along the slope, then heading north east for a couple of minutes. Open water divers can unfortunately not go to this reef since it start at about 25m deep. Don't despair open water divers. The reef above 20meters is really beautiful with vibrant sea fans, colorful reef fish and some bizarre shaping sponges. There is even a small scooter and very successful coral nursery in the shallow water that you can admire.
