TRAIN & RACE PROGRAM This type of sailing refers to the fleet of identical sailing boats, providing participants equal chances when racing. Since all boats have equal performances, same type of sails and equipment and sail in the same racecourse, the skill and experience of the crew comes to the surface. Monotype flotilla sailing is especially exciting for teambuilding programs/regatta, because competitive aspect of this format of sailing becomes more important.
