Leak at stern hawse fairlead - found standing water from the leak

I have bought tree stainless screws so everything will look nice from the top. Unfortunately, the boat still have a leak in the bollard area so I reseal the two screws where I think the leak is and seal of the crack in the side with some sikaflex 291i. Under deck I make a flat surface so the washers will be well supported, I use a thickened epoxy from West System for that job.
