Barrett and I take the Javelina out to the Pinyons of Anza Borrego State Park. We camp off the S-2, in about 4000 feet of elevation. We took Pinyon Mountain Road from S-2 and headed east. It was perfect for a warm, late spring weekend. This trail ultimately leads to Pinyon Drop. An unfortunate mistake of forgetting my motorcycle key leads to me learning how to hot-wire my bike!!
