He began as Service Manager for Beach Marine in Jacksonville in the late 1970s, later working his way into a sales position in Northeast Florida. John spent 11 years on the Gulf Coast where he became a co-founder of The Marine Group, as one of its original four brokers. He then relocated to their Palm Beach office where he stayed until joining up with HMY in early 2007. His knowledge and experience in motor yacht and sport yacht sales accompany his already established presence in the sport fishing community. One of John’s many accomplishments is pioneering and promoting offshore big game fishing in Northeast Florida in the early 70′s. John and his partner founded C&H big game fishing lures during that time, and many thousands have fished their baits, worldwide for the past 32 years. John’s straight forward approach with his clients has earned him the reputation that all brokers want to achieve – Matching his clients to the best boat for their needs and working for their return business.
