Inside the Yard: The Secretive Build of Delta Marines Most Mysterious Superyacht

Go behind the hard hats for an exclusive, raw look inside the Delta Marine shipyard in Seattle. We stepped onboard the highly anticipated new explorer yacht, M/Y ZEMBRA, while she was still coming together—capturing the final touches of flooring, custom soft goods, and high-end engineering right on the build floor. Unlike a polished yacht show walkthrough, this is the real process. We rolled up our sleeves to get a little dirty sanding and welding alongside the craftsmen, sat down with veteran shipbuilders who have decades of mastery under their belts, and even took a quick break to catch a fish in Seattle. Discover what truly goes into building a custom Delta Marine superyacht from the frame up.
