INSANE Fishing From Our Sailboat! Mahi Mahi & Wahoo

One of the best fishing days we’ve ever had from Stella Overboard! 🎣⛵️ After months of sailing through remote Indonesia, I finally hooked into the fish I’d been dreaming about — a massive mahi mahi. After an epic fight, plenty of yelling, and Jesse and Sunny cheering me on, we got it aboard and went straight into a fresh catch-and-cook with grilled fillets and ceviche. But the fishing wasn’t over yet… Only hours later, while making our way north toward Malaysia, we were hit by one of the worst squalls we’ve had in a long time. With full sails up, winds suddenly reaching over 40 knots, a tender strap breaking, and even a jerry can flying overboard, things got chaotic fast. And somehow, right in the middle of all of it… something else took the fishing line. Two massive fish, a stocked freezer, one very happy sailing cat, and another unforgettable day living life at sea.
