7 days until I sail alone around the world. 😳 And today we tackled one of the BIG jobs… food. Eight months at sea means a ridiculous amount of it has to somehow fit inside Showgirl. I’ve got some of my favourite gluten-free options from Schär, Food Tactics for those days when cooking is absolutely not happening and I just need something quick and nutritious, and of course my protein powder from Glucose Goddess. Food Force also sent me food, including some non-gluten-free options. Those obviously can’t stay with me, so hopefully some of the other GGR participants will happily give them a home. 😂 And because eight months is a very long time to wonder “Wait… do I still have any of those left?”, everything is going into an Excel sheet so I can keep track of exactly what I have onboard.
