I return to Florida and crash the CBP Roam app | Ep. 210

The wind is not fair all the way to Rodriguez Key, so I drop anchor off of Key Largo for the night to catch up on some needed rest after crossing the Strait of Florida. I find out that I do not need to go to Key West to clear in to the United States, I can use the CBP Roam app so long as I purchase a user-fee decal (about $30 USD). So I do that and ... my application gets rejected!
