How we moved our 12 tonne sailing yacht

Welcome to the seventh episode of Season 2 And welcome to our Christmas Special. In today's episode we finally move Melody to a much better place in the yard so we have better access to electricity for our tools and water for the power washer. This can actually start to take shape now, apart from the fact its Christmas and we're back in lockdown again........ We're also contemplating redesigning the pilothouse so we're starting to take measurements of the boat. And finally we finish off the episode by answering some of your amazing questions from the comments section. _________________________________________________________________________ We are Andy, Melissa and Jack, a sailing family based in North Wales, and for the past couple of years we have been looking for a bluewater sailing yacht to take us around the world. Well we've finally found her. Our new sailing yacht is a John Teal designed 38ft Steel Pilothouse Cutter. She has been standing ashore for at least 15 years and now we're embarking on the huge challenge of refitting her and doing her up ready to go sailing around the world.
