Take a our with us of the Galley on our Budget Catamaran, Thalia, a 1987 Prout Snowgoose Elite, that we live aboard full time! In this episode we walk through our galley, or kitchen, going through how we keep food cold, make food hot, and store everything we need to keep fueled up while on the water. After the tour we take a quick moment to show off the galley in action, cooking a meal together! We then take a trip to provision the boat to prepare for finally heading South for the winter.
