How to Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP)

I've never stepped aboard a stand up paddle board before, but I'm going to give this SUP thing a try. Luckily, the guy behind the camera, Paul, is an experienced paddler. He'll talk me through the basics, and give me plenty of tips and tricks to get through my first paddle without falling off the board. Paddling around was a lot of fun, and I stayed dry!
