This type of beach launching is the most common. Sea breeze effect of the land heating up more often than not creates the breeze to blow onto the shore from the sea. This usually creates waves which can present a hazard. Coupled with the fact that the wind will try to blow you back ashore makes this the hardest beach to sail away from. This video shows you how to identify the beach and what to do to sail out correctly.
