How to make homemade tortilla chips: 1. Heat frying oil to 350 degrees F. 2. Cut corn tortillas into quarters, sixths, or eighths. 3. Fry in oil until bubbling slows and color changes (approx 2 min). 4. Remove from oil and drain in pan lined with paper towels. 5. Toss with salt and seasonings of your choice. 6. Enjoy.
