First of all, Thank you for all your comments and subs ЁЯЩП Instructions: -crack emтАЩ open. Put the beans in a sterile jar and seal it -Let them ferment for around a week -Put the beans on a tray to dry for a week or under the sun (without washing) -Roast them for an hour on 150 celsius in an oven and turn them around every now and then -crack emтАЩ open and smash them beans ЁЯлШ to use as cacao nibs or use a good mixer to turn them into paste. -Add sugar to taste and mix it again -Smear or pour the mix on a lunch box to get the desired thickness. -Put it in a fridge (not freezer!) and let it cool down -Eat it During our hikes in Grenada, we came by some cocoa trees and recognised the fruitтАЩs immediately. We-had-to-try to make chocolate. And here it is! Our first attempt. Taste wise, turned out fantastic but a bit crunchy due to not having proper equipment but no biggie.a
