Hiking in a Rainforest and Visiting the 150ft Manoa Waterfall on Oahu

Season 8 : Hawaiian Adventures : Episode #210 Hello Friends, On this weeks episode I get a visitor from the mainland ! One of my oldest and dearest friends from LA and a member of my shore team, Sarah, came out to explore Oahu with me for 5 days. As soon as she arrived we picked up the rental car and headed for the rainforest! We visited the Manoa Falls Trail and hiked through pouring rain to the waterfall through lush rainforest.
