We enjoyed Bluefield Lagoon and its friendly indigenous community so much that we winded up staying, even booking ourselves in for a guided tour of the local waterfall with one family, who volunteered their son, Fred to take us. We had fun exploring the jungle and swimming in the waterfall, narrowly escaping an onslaught from hundred of leaches!!
