Going back in time! Once lost in the archives, we revisit first drink we ever made on Coco Bongo!

We throw a Caribbean twist at the Lemon-drop Martini! Recipe for one: 1 and 1/2 oz Vodka (you usually want to use upper-shelf Vodka when making martini's...reach for Grey Goose, Kettle One, Belvedere...you get the idea) 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz Cointreau or Grand Marnier 1/2 oz cinnamon demerara simple syrup Shake like crazy and strain into a sugar-rimmed glass We chose to get fancy and use some mace as garnish. Mace is the outside of a nutmeg and has a very unique flavor.
