From Sunshine to SCARY STORMS | Sailing on a Whim Ep. 21

On this episode of Sailing on a Whim, the beautiful sunshine of the Bahamas quickly changes to scary storms as we finally make it to Abaco! Of course, there are adventures and misadventures along the way including exploring the abandoned Gin Sur Mer development, losing (and recovering!) our dinghy, and dealing with an INSANE amount of bug bites. Our Bahamas adventure has definitely begun! This crazy adventure started in early 2018 as we started researching learning how to sail, buy a boat, outfit her, and take off for a life on the open seas. There has been a huge learning curve trying to make all of this happen and we want to share with you everything that we have learned and have some fun along the way. We are excited (and a little nervous!) to share this journey with you. We hope that you learn a little from our experiences and maybe inspire you to make changes to live the life you want!
