She weighs just under 10,000 pounds at 9,600 pounds dry and comes standard with a composite hardtop that matches the chosen hull color. Tarpon River Boatworks partnered with Morrelli & Melvin Design & Engineering to create the FoilCat's hydrofoil-assisted, power catamaran hull. Boats that use hydrofoil technology have a submerged lifting surface, or foil, that operates in the water.
