This is the extended version of Samapaguita's, a Pacific Seacraft Flicka 20, mast lowering. It's a first-person view and live. It doesn't capture the entire rig, but it does show how the bridle (not bridalđ) keeps the boom and mast centered. And it shows an easy and controlled descent. This version follows through with removing the boom, unpinning the mast, and moving the mast to the braces. https://sailingwithjosh.com/
