Felix catamaran by Turnpoint Design under pedal power

Felix is a 24ft x 10 ft lightweight catamaran beautifully built in prepreg carbon/nomex by Brandon Davis of Turnpoint Design in Port Townsend. Brandon will shortly be racing it, for the third time, in the Race to Alaska. Although this is a sailing race anything human powered is allowed. Brandon designed a great pedal powered propellor system, which gives an incredible top speed of 5 knots.
