Family Sailing In France | We Had To Turn Back | Three Days No Power | Part 1 | Ep 54

This is Episode 54 of our adventure. Our sixth week sailing the west coast of France. We did so much this week that I've had to make two videos, this being part 1. In this video we head to Belle Île where we hire bikes and cycle 40km around the wrong half the island. We have no means of charging our batteries at the moment so without an electric hook up our time here was short. We had to extend it by an extra night as the sea was too rough we set out but had to turn around and come back. We eventually made it off the island and headed to Port du Crouesty to recharge, refuel and restock before heading into the Morbihan to pick up a mooring buoy. We are a family of five with plans for an epic adventure, sailing around the world. We have bought a boat we have to gut it, rebuild it, sell all of our possessions and have the guts to cast off.
