Sadly, Toni was recovering from oral surgery and had to admire this culinary masterpiece from a safe distance. Being the supportive husband that I am, I bravely tasted enough for both of us. We agreed that someday we'd return and make things right. What we didn't know was that for 35 years we had been driving to the Outer Banks and passing within a mile of Coinjock Marina without ever stopping. Apparently, the Prime Rib Gods were playing the long game.
