[Ep 5] Single Handed Sailing, Scotland, Largs Marina to Campbeltown on Sula, a Hanse 385.

My trip to Campbeltown was my first solo sail to another Marina. Having spent a day with Leith Nautical in Largs Marina learning to control Sula in confined spaces and practicing berthing gave me the confidence to go somewhere new single-handed. It was a stunning sail down past Little Cumbrae, Arran, Ailsa Craig and across into Campbeltown Loch to Campbeltown Marina. From Campbeltown back to Largs I sailed North of Arran up the Kilbrannan Sound. Lots of marine life, dolphins, seals and a bottlenose whale. I look forward to going back to Campbeltown to explore when the restrictions have relaxed and maybe try out the local whisky. Sula is a Hanse 385 (2013)
