In this weeks episode, we continue our journey with over half of the Erie Barge Canal behind us. After a busy day of locking and, of course, lots of snacks, we arrive in Little Falls, NY and decide to stay an extra day to enjoy a bit of stillness. Little Falls, NY is a very scenic and historic town surrounded by the Adirondack Mountains. We enjoy walking to town, some yoga on solid ground, and breathing in the cool, foggy morning air that this beautiful valley offers.
