Ep 13 Passage from Gibraltar to the Canary Islands on Annecam

Gibraltar to Tenerife in the Canary Islands. Meet the two new crew members as we make our way down the North African coast. It was a bumpy start as we sailed away from Gibraltar but soon became a very gentle sail due to the lack of breeze. Alex Thompson on Hugo Boss sailed by to say hi and the first thing he said was “why have you reduced your sails” we thought that was a bit cheeky as we had full sail plus our motor was going at the time, our 8 knots of boat speed was no match for the Boss as he was doing more than twice our speed.
