Ep 1 | Sailing Chelsea | Sailing the English Channel

In our first ever episode of Sailing Chelsea, we begin our adventure sailing around the world on our Hanse 430E sail boat. We leave from Lymington, England and head across to Alderney. It's a bit of a baptism by fire as we encounter some pretty rough sailing weather and realise we have something wrong with our propeller. We manage to sail through the weather and keep our spirits high and our fingers crossed, as we enter Alderney harbour in the pitch black and then try to find a mooring ball! After we recover from an eventful first sail, we relax on a beautiful island and explore the war ruins and beautiful scenery Alderney has to offer.
