E141 - Ettalong Bay's Quirky Pub, Pittwater & Cowan Creek

Leaving Sydney we sail up to Pittwater and are amazed at the number of boats, before heading to Ettalong Bay where we find a quirky pub and have some great cocktails. Heading up Cowan Creek we stop and Cotton Tree Bay and have a fancy lunch at the Cottage Point Inn. We head to Refugee Cove dodging the 220 mooring buoys and explore the beautiful waterfall, before moving around to America Bay and finding another waterfall after climbing up the rocky gorge. We’re Chris and Jo and we have been living on our Seawind 1260 since January 2019. In our first year we bring our yacht down the east coast of Australia and sail it out to New Caledonia. After cruising further north up the east coast of Australia in 2020, we decide to circumnavigate Australia during 2021 and 2022. We had previously owned fishing and water skiing boats, but after a couple years crewing in South Australia we decided to jump right in and make a sea change.
