Doha Metro Gold Line Opens - Take the Metro to Villaggio or Souq Waqif! - Qatar Rail

Qatar Rail opened the Doha Metro Gold Line to the public officially on Thursday 21st of November 2019. Ultimate Freggle went on a ride with the metro in Qatar from al Wakra station to Villaggio for a special mission. Check out what the Doha Metro Gold line looks like and which stations are now available in Qatar! The stations on the Doha Metro Gold Line are: - Ras Bu Abboud - Qatar National Museum - Souq Waqif - Msheireb (Change over between Gold and Red line here) - Bin Mahmoud - Al Sadd - Joaan - Al Sudan - Al Waab - Sports City - Al Aziziyah The Doha Metro opening times are Saturdays to Thursday 06:00 - 23:00 Friday 14:00 - 23:00 Doha Metro ticket prices A single journey ticket costs 2 QR A day pass costs 6 QR A travel card costs 10 QR without any credit.
