Episode #29 of our DocksideChatswithSteve series features a great story of Offshore Sailing School founder/owner Steve Colgate's interaction with Offshore Sailing School graduate Bill Pinkney at the 1992 US Sailboat Show in Annapolis. Bill is the first African American to sail single-handedly around the world under all five Capes. This is a very timely message and reminder that sailing is for anyone and everyone, and brings people together on the sea and land.
