Dock Walk and Talk – Seattle, Washington TrawlerFest 2019

In this video, Jeff said the Diesel Duck 44 "SeaDuckTress" was built by Townsend Marine. This is wrong, it was the second Duck built by Seahorse Marine in China. She was single handed around the Pacific by the original owner ,David Katz, and sold in the PNW to her present owners. Some modifications by Townsend Marine including removal of the sail assist rig, which they later installed on "10+2" which is a Diesel Duck they did build. Jeff did a Saturday morning stroll, "dock walk and talk" on the final morning of the Seattle TrawlerFest in Bell Harbor Marina. It was a wonderful event (well, maybe “fantastic” is the better word since Jeff overuses it in his enthusiasm for sharing his view) and we had a ball. The weather was sunny, a bit crisp, but the new venue is in the thick of a vibrant waterfront area and we look forward to returning next year.
