Day 2 RC44 Portoroz Cup - Tricky day on Piran Bay
Slovenia continued to deliver on day two of the RC44 Portorož Cup. With another light forecast, crew and race committee were relieved to arrive in Marina Portorož this morning to find a solid northeasterly breeze. Anticipating that this welcome situation might not last, PRO Peter Reggio coaxed crews off the dock early and managed to get the first race underway 20 minutes ahead of schedule. The RC44 Portoroz Cup 9 May until 13 May is the second event of the RC44 Championship Tour which pits the world's top businessmen and the best sailors in the industry compete in high-performance one-design 44-foot carbon racing yachts.
