Cruise Review - Carnival Radiance 3 Night Cruise to Mexico

Back in March I found myself with a weekend to kill in the Los Angeles area.... I looked first at hotels, and the cost of accommodation, food and entertainment threatened to rack up to quite a sizeable sum.... So I decided to take a look at whether there were any cruises going from Southern California that I could jump on instead.... And I found a 3 night trip on the Carnival Radiance departing from Long Beach that was just the ticket - literally!!! So this is my review of my experience on this ship. The ship was formerly been called the Carnival Victory, which was the very first cruise ship I ever sailed on, back in 2009, having been launched in 1998. And after a $200m refurbishment in 2021, it was relaunched as the Carnival Radiance..... So what was it like to sail on a 25 year old ship, albeit one with a $200m paint job?
