On a Bavaria the companionway is one of the things there is clever made regarding to direct the water away. It is october and soon winter and my Bavaria 32 must be lifted on land and set in the boat rack, no problem with a crane. There is a lot of barnacles this year so it takes some time to clean the bottom of the boat.
