During almost twenty years of cruising, Captain Suzanne Mummert developed a knack for making tasty and nutritious meals onboard her 45 foot Morgan ketch, Rockhopper. Whether it was making a meal from the onboard ingredients or ensuring that the shopping trip got just what she needed but wasted no space either in the dinghy or in the cabinet, Captain Suzanne used experience and lessons learned from other cruisers to get the most out of a small space.
