Chair Yoga on Impossible Dream - April 30th

Together, with our partners from Dharma Yoga Studio of Coconut Grove, the Woody Foundation and Shake-A-Leg Miami we have come together to offer weekly live-streamed Chair Yoga classes taught by the wonderful Natalie Morales. The Chair Yoga classes will be offered every Monday and Thursday starting at 4:00 pm, broadcast live from the Impossible Dream on the beautiful waters of the Biscayne Bay. We invite everyone to participate by tuning into our Facebook page wherever you are located for an hour of relaxation and connection. Please feel free to reach out to us during the live-stream and leave us a message. We want to hear from you! At this time of uncertainty, we feel compelled to continue providing our followers with consistency, hope, and community while moving through this together.
