Catalina Smile Fix - Part 3 - Ep. 41

Catalina Smile Fix finally reaches its conclusion with the fiberglassing of the bilge. This diy project was one of the biggest we've done to date, but this sailboat will no longer need to worry about the Catalina smile. In our previous videos, we removed the keel bolts, removed the wood coring, and got ready to fiberglass. This week, we grind out the bilge to make sure it's ready for glass. After templating, we begin cutting the fiberglass, and installing it layer by layer. Also, we completely layout the process we followed to fix the Catalina smile that Catalina Yachts put out for sailors years ago so they could solve the problem on their own.
