We head to Italy to find out how OneSails build sails and why they claim that their 4T process is the future for sustainable sailmaking. Few have seen inside their production facilities in Italy let alone been allowed to take a camera inside. Matt Sheahan spent two days looking closely at the way in which the sails and made and listening to why OneSails believe they are at the leading edge when it comes to building sustainable sails. And having shown us the process, we then headed out onto the water to see the sails in action.
